Steve + Gena

I grew up an only child which I didn't mind at all! I had a small group of friends that were just as much siblings to me as a real brother or sister would have been :) Sarah was one of them. We met when we were 7. She had broken her leg and needed help up and down the stairs at school. I helped her out, and we immediately became friends. A few months down the road I broke my leg, and she returned the favor of helping me on my crutches :) Sarah and her husband James are now some of Brian and I's closets friends and we are so blessed to still have them in our lives after all these years :)

Sarah has an older brother, Steve. Steve filled in the void of not having a older brother by picking on me whenever I was over at their house. He grew up to be an amazing guy and after 17 years together he finally married his high school sweetheart!!!

I was honored to be able to photograph their beautiful wedding up in Hunnington Beach.
